About the Position

This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing live chat customer support for software/SaaS platforms or equivalent. They will be able to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences, think critically, communicate effectively, and solve problems creatively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Clarify customer needs, determine the cause of issues, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to writing high-quality documentation for internal and external use.
  • Escalate complex issues to the technical support team.
Requirements
  • Strong English language skills; secondary languages are a plus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
