We are seeking a skilled Baker/Butcher to join our team at Bluewater Maribago. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Hotel/Resort/Fine Dining and possess knowledge of local and international breads, as well as different cuts and marinades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including ensaymada, meatroll, artisan, and croissant.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other culinary team members to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • College graduate or SHS graduate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Hotel/Resort/Fine Dining.
