">Job Description:

The Legal & Compliance Analyst position involves supporting the documentation and record-keeping of Legal and Compliance teams.

This includes assisting in audits and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations.

Responsibilities include providing operational support for the compliance program, helping to ensure smooth execution of all processes.

Support also includes providing basic assistance for the legal team, reviewing agreements, and offering contract intake support.

In addition, you will assist with the management of internal legal and compliance tools, including the contract management system.

You will work closely with the legal team to provide operational support for the compliance program.

Requirements:
  • Strong English and communication skills
  • College degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity or interest in Legal & Compliance, and standards and regulations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Capacity to work effectively within a team, communicate needs, provide constructive feedback, and take initiative when required
