The primary task of this role is calling patients on the same day they are fresh leads, informing them about the study, duration, number of visits, and answering additional detailed questions based on the inclusion/exclusion criteria. The candidate will qualify or disqualify patients based on their responses and schedule a visit to the site if necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure strong follow-ups with patients to ensure they are adherent to the trial
  • Manage patient relations and ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues and concerns
