Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with EWB BUs and product teams to digitize and onboard bank products across relevant customer channels using customer-centric design thinking.
- Manage the lifecycle of all EWB/EWRB Multi-Product Digital Channels, including EasyWay, KOMO websites, and web portal applications, from ideation to evolution.
- Design digital products and channels to offer superior customer experiences, driving satisfaction, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
- Leverage customer data, analytics, and feedback to enhance behavioral modeling for product opportunities, propensity, and credit/operational risk insights.
- Ensure a seamless, consistent customer experience across all digital channels to foster trust and reliability.
- Oversee the development, testing, and management of digital products and features, maintaining a customer-centric focus.
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline to introduce new digital products and enhance existing ones, ensuring market competitiveness and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or Technology.
- At least 7 years of cumulative experience in Technology-based industries (IT, Telco, etc.), Digital start-ups, Banking and/or Fintech.
- Minimum 4 years in an executive role within technology industries, start-ups, or banking/Fintech.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices in product development and channel management.
- Knowledgeable in regulatory frameworks and rules.
- Proven success in leading digital innovation and driving business growth through digital products and channels.
