Job Title

Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to lead our cloud infrastructure projects. This role requires technical delivery leadership on client engagements, leading architectural design sessions with clients, providing coaching and guidance to peers, and managing client expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical oversight and guidance to junior team members
  • Serving as a coach in a player-coach model to upskill team members
  • Fostering relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and outside partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functioning as technical delivery oversight on multiple client engagements
  • Partnering with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones align with plans
  • Having a strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and IaC implementation using Bicep or Terraform
  • Assisting the delivery team in reaching billable targets by resolving blockers
  • Helping facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary
  • Driving alignment across mesh points between practice areas
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies impacting existing offerings
  • Obtaining certifications relevant to cloud architecture

Business Development Leadership:

  • Gaining exposure to other offerings to position for existing infrastructure engagements
  • Identifying new cloud infrastructure & security solution opportunities and raising them up
  • Leading and guiding the infrastructure committees to define standard offerings

Leveraging Factors That Help Grow Our Business:

  • Reaching trusted advisor status within multiple accounts to support growth of existing customer accounts
  • Leading and guiding multiple engagements to scale out the infrastructure team
  • Supporting teammates with unblocking engagements and remediating possible escalations
  • Creating reusable artifacts and content to enable team members to bill time to clients
