Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our expanding Marketing department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing captivating visual content, maintaining internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across materials.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet.
  • Sustain brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Support the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Ceros.
  • Utilize Monday.com to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Proficient graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools is highly preferred, with experience in digital marketing platforms considered a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
