Principal Consultant

This role involves spearheading the technical delivery of market management systems, ensuring timely completion and effective customer implementations worldwide.

The position requires a high level of customer interaction, advanced technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee technical implementation and development of market solutions for major clients.
• Facilitate coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure clear communication and efficient project execution.
• Manage customer relationships, providing guidance and establishing trust through open and transparent interactions.
• Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and maintain quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
• Apply agile and DevOps practices for streamlined software deployment.
• Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication effectively.

• Master's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, particularly in the electrical utility industry.
• Experience working with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
• Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is advantageous.
