Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc. in Ortigas Center.

This role is a critical part of our surgical clinic, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for:

• Scheduling appointments for new and follow-up patients

• Handling incoming calls and responding to patient inquiries

• Maintaining accurate records of patient appointments and follow-ups

• Assisting with clinic scheduling and updating the calendar as needed

• Verifying patient insurance coverage and updating insurance details as necessary

• Providing excellent customer service and de-escalating frustrated patients

• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for record-keeping and data entry

• Working effectively in a team environment and being able to multitask

• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive patient information with discretion

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
