Job Overview

RemoteVA is seeking a highly experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our client's Amazon private label operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and listing optimization.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations.

  • Private Label Management: Manage all aspects of private label products on Amazon.
  • FBA Shipments & Logistics: Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues with inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers.
  • Shipment Reconciliation: Track and reconcile all shipments to ensure accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement cases when needed.
  • Case Management: Handle all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation for future reference.
  • Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices, keyword integration, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Content Writing: Write compelling and keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to increase visibility and conversion.
  • A+ Content Management: Publish enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to drive traffic and stay competitive in product rankings.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Use Google Sheets to track KPIs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights on sales, advertising, and inventory.
