As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage phone calls, ensuring effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Establish trust and rapport with customers through open and interactive dialogue.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for communication.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2C or B2B capacity.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
- Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive and confident, with keen attention to detail.
