Job Title:

Software Developer and Database Specialist

This is a senior-level position designed for highly skilled professionals who can manage web applications, database systems, and email services. Responsibilities include maintaining website content and features, managing staff and volunteer email accounts, setting up webpages with moderate-advanced programming skills, managing databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, operating livestreams software as required, and managing membership records.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the website with up-to-date content and features
  • Manage staff and volunteer email accounts, including creating new emails, managing email forwarding, and setting up email accounts
  • Set up webpages and changes to the website with moderate-advanced programming skills
  • Manage database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Operate livestreams software as required
  • Manage membership records, including cleaning up duplicate records, cancelling or pausing memberships, contacting lapsing and expiring members for renewal, exporting new, lapsing and expiring members, and providing via email to state division representatives
  • Setting up and scheduling emails to database as required
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML, and others
  • Experience in database administration
