We are seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer with expertise in technology integration. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on the application of instructional design strategies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and prioritize initiatives
  • Manage learning programs and track results up to 90 days after implementation
  • Conduct robust learning needs analyses and develop audience-specific designs
  • Evaluate content developed by the team and review analysis and design documents
  • Determine training objectives, performance targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials
Project Management and Technical Skills:
  • Create project plans and manage projects with subject matter experts and team members
  • Analyze data to evaluate learning effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Develop advanced instructional media, including interactive lessons, assessments, and motion graphics
  • Use course authoring software and apply visual design principles
Work Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years designing learner-centered training programs and developing related materials
  • Experience with adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles
  • Drafting measurable training goals and developing appropriate learning assessment strategies
