We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Remote Data Entry Specialist.

This role involves building and customizing websites, managing plugins, handling website migrations and launches, and providing critical support as a trusted point of contact.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using designated software (Zoho).
  • Enter data from various digital sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Utilize online tools and resources to perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and document sharing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet professional and positive attitude.
  • Experience working with senior management is a plus.
