Business Development Representative Role

This role involves connecting the dots between marketing and sales teams, collaborating to create effective marketing strategies that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a new business pipeline by leveraging qualified leads from marketing campaigns, social networks, and industry events
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to define new sales opportunities

Requirements:
  • Experience in software sales, preferably with a background in selling SaaS products
  • Practical experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of key sales performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Familiarity with Audiometry (hearing aid fitting process) and clinical management practices
  • Background in the MedTech industry
