About the Role

We are looking for a talented financial professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a shared services setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, including establishing and modifying project settings in IFS, updating budgets, and providing weekly cost reports.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. The candidate should also possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and modify projects in IFS, update budgets (BID, PO, VORs, VOs), and provide weekly cost reports.
  • E nsure personnel access, track unapproved/missing timesheets, and correct/manipulate manhours as needed.
  • Handle project transactions, including forward supplier invoice transfers and MODU procurement PO updates.
  • Prepare and update various reports (Potential Loss, MODU Portfolio, monthly portfolio, invoicing details) and manage month-end business controlling tasks.
  • Perform closing tasks, issue payment certificates, participate in meetings, and respond to ad-hoc requests from project managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a shared services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting and data entry management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic knowledge of tools of trade.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
