The Market Development Associate Role

The Market Development Associate (MDA) plays a critical role in generating interest in Evernest's property management services. This position involves contacting assigned leads, presenting our offerings, and demonstrating how we solve the challenges property owners face. The primary objective is to secure meetings with Market Specialists (MS) or Closers, effectively communicating the value of our services to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospect landlords through cold/outbound calls, emails, and other online channels to generate interest in our services.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and leads within our sales territory.
  • Meet obligations and hit required metrics-based performance indicators.
  • Spearhead the qualification and closing of new sales opportunities and leads within our sales territory.
  • Communicate between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs.

Compensation Details

This role offers a competitive starting salary range of Php 26,000.00 monthly, with opportunities for growth and professional development. We require on-site full-time availability, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm US Central Time.
