About the Job:

This role involves executing all Captive Insurance activities, including coordination with third parties and ensuring timely delivery of results.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the captive's financial stability, implementing correct premium pricing, and recovering losses.

In addition, you will oversee claims processes, facilitate captive board meetings, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. 8-10 years of experience in risk management, underwriting, or financial analysis in the insurance industry
  2. Knowledge of risk assessment, underwriting practices, and risk management techniques
  3. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
  4. Familiarity with insurance regulations, especially those related to captive insurance
  5. Competency in insurance and financial software, as well as data analysis tools like Excel
