About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Education Director - High School Academic Excellence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our high school department, driving academic success, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement high-quality curricula that meet the learning objectives of our students.
  • Lead and motivate teaching staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Cultivate partnerships with parents and guardians to support student achievement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in education leadership.
  • Proven track record of academic excellence and student achievement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
