Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team as a Healthcare Coordinator. This role will involve providing administrative support to our healthcare services, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of medical plans, insurance coverage, and dental programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with our clients and partners to coordinate day-to-day health plan administration, including insurance coverage and dental program management.
• Monitor and report on receipts of additions/deletions, covering endorsements, billing, and membership IDs from clients and their dependents.
• Process and monitor claims filed for reimbursement by members after pre-adjudication and completeness of claim documents.
• Notify our team immediately of any cases requiring urgent attention.
• Assist our assigned Retainer Physician in preparing reports for submission to our team.
• Cordinate annual physical exams and executive check-ups with clients, physicians, and our team.
• Provide administrative support during consultations, including vital sign taking, medication administration, and clinic medicine dispensing.
• Record and maintain patient data gathered during consultations and treatments.
• Support patients during hospitalization, including assistance with documentation requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by our team and/or clients.

Requirements

• A Registered Nurse with BOSH Training Certificate.

• An estimated monthly salary of P30,000.00.

Work Arrangement

This role requires a full-time commitment, with working hours from Monday to Thursday (8 am-6 pm) and Friday (8 am-5 pm).
