As a Solution Consultant at Resolver Inc., you'll help deliver software implementations to our customers. You'll collaborate with Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to achieve project goals.

You'll join a passionate, proactive team who will support you to be successful as you grow professionally. Your contributions will make a difference in the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery (90%):

  1. Educate customers on the implementation process.
  2. Create design alternatives, produce work estimates, recommendations, and secure agreement on designs that meet customer requirements and industry best practices.

Consultation:

  1. Educate customers on our software features and benefits.

Project Management:

  1. Establish a shared vision of project success during project initiation and confirm a common understanding of project scope, delivery approach, task ownership, and deliverables.
  2. Control and communicate project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to customers and management.

Business Analysis:

  1. Gather and document customer functional and technical requirements.

Configuration:

  1. Configure the software based on the solution design, performing quality assurance to minimize rework.

Training:

  1. Deliver administrator, train-the-trainer, and end-user training sessions, and authorize training materials as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of prior experience in delivering enterprise off-the-shelf software or incident management solutions.
  • Experience with Visio, MS Project, MS Office, and CRM's such as Salesforce.
  • Experience within Incident Management, Investigation and Case Management, Security Risk Management is a bonus but not a must have.
