We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Professional to lead a high-performing design team. This critical operations role oversees 4 designers supporting sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a cross-functional team that provides invaluable support to sales and operations teams
- Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and seamless project execution across electrical technology business lines
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and project constraints
- Partner with operations to ensure designs are practical and installable
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in design leadership roles in electrical, AV, solar, or related technical fields
- Strong technical background in electrical systems design and technology integration
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and maintain consistent quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent electrical engineering credentials
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and project constraints. You will also partner with operations to ensure designs are practical and installable.
