Key Responsibilities
  • We review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy and visual content across various therapeutic areas.
  • We make changes to documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats, including simple textual changes and complex design modifications.
  • We adjust and optimize AI-generated layouts, graphics, and design elements for brand compliance and visual impact.
  • We guide AI models on tone, style, visual hierarchy, and structure by shaping prompts and curating training examples.
  • We collaborate with copywriters to ensure content alignment with client requirements and with product & engineering teams to improve model performance.
  • We capture user feedback to continuously improve the platform's integrated creative content generation.
  • We help define creative and editorial standards balancing scientific accuracy, brand voice, visual impact, marketing clarity, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of graphic design experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma.
  • Proven experience with HTML/CSS.
  • A bachelor's degree in a life science, communications, design, or related field.
  • A passion for language, visual storytelling, and optimizing AI-generated content.
  • An interest in AI and its potential to transform written and visual content creation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • An unreal work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Owning equipment is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • An advanced degree or design certification.
  • Familiarity with pharma lifecycle content types.
  • An understanding of healthcare marketing compliance.
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry.
