Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve project submittals, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct research to support design and project development decisions.
  • Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to project coordinators to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Registered Architectural License with the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in architecture.
