This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Loan Compliance Analyst at Manila Water Company, Inc. As a key member of the Banking & Financial Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's loan portfolio complies with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

  1. You will prepare compliance requirements for Parent Corporate Loans and coordinate timely submission of these requirements to the lenders.
  2. You will process and track payments for all debt service relating to Corporate Loans and Service Concession Obligation (SCO).
  3. You will manage the timely and accurate payment of loan obligations relating to Corporate Loans and SCO by maintaining a schedule of payments and communicating the funding requirements to the liquidity unit.
  4. You will monitor the utilization of proceeds from foreign loans by maintaining a database of assigned expenditures/disbursements per facility for regulatory (BSP) reporting.
  5. You will ensure compliance and registration of foreign loans to the BSP to enable FX purchase for debt servicing and settlement.
  6. You will provide support in the preparation of loan drawdown requirements of the Parent company and ensure timely and accurate submission of all loan drawdown-related requirements to lenders banks.
  7. You will assist in fundraising initiatives of the Parent Company (e.g., reviews loan agreement provisions on settlement, taxation, and reportorial requirements).
  8. You will compute the initial carrying value of new loan drawdowns for facility creation in the Treasury Module.
  9. You will maintain worksheets and manage the accretion and valuation of the company's outstanding Corporate Loans and SCO.
  10. You will analyze and recommend month-end Corporate Loans and SCO accounting entries.
  11. You will validate and analyze the SL-GL Reconciliation for the Treasury Loan Ledgers.
  12. You will prepare periodic internal reports, forecasts, and analysis relating to Corporate Loans and SCO.
  13. You will ensure the achievement of the required service level standards of Treasury.
  14. You will interact and coordinate with various internal (i.e., Financial Accounting Team, Controllership and Analysis Managers, and Project Managers) and external (i.e., Representatives of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, World Bank, Lenders, MWSS) stakeholders for treasury/loan-related matters.
  15. You will manage loan-related records and their archiving based on relevant company policies.
