We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Power BI specialist with expertise in data analysis and visualization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving business decisions.

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, visual excellence, and user satisfaction. In addition to your technical skills, you should have a deep understanding of the BPO industry and its key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Work closely with various teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Develop data models and establish relationships between various data sources
  • Implement data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes to ensure data quality
  • Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards with other corporate tools and applications
  • Monitor and resolve performance issues within Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) processes using Power Query
  • Knowledge of database administration and data engineering principles

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Power BI specialist or similar role in a BPO environment
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Fluent in English
