Job Description

This full-time on-site role for a Finance Business Partner - Real Estate requires a professional who can work hand-in-hand with business units.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing operating business plans and annual planning exercises
  2. Monitoring performance vis-à-vis operating plans
  3. Implementing risk-based operating controls
  4. Preparing and analyzing financial and operating reports
  5. Analyzing cash flow, funding requirements, and budget utilization
  6. Serving as finance expert and consultant to business units

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Business Planning
  • Strong Analytical Skills for financial analysis
  • Expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience in real estate industry is an advantage
