Qubel seeks a highly experienced Comptroller Position to manage all financial activities within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with executive management to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and explanations.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop financial plans.
  • Prepare regular forecasts based on current performance and market trends, identifying risks and opportunities.
Financial Controls and Compliance:
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.
Cash Management:
  • Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity needs are met while optimizing returns on excess cash.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Strategic Financial Planning:
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to executive management, identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making on investments, capital expenditures, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a financial leadership role, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
