Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the availability and continuity of IT services
  • Provide first-level incident and service requests
  • Coordinate with other teams to implement planned actions
  • Implement service-specific technology migration and upgradation plans
  • Routine backup activity and check for power/system/network redundancy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related course
  • At least 3 years of IT and 3 years of networking experience
  • Preferably with extensive computer network experience/system/database admin
  • Knowledge of switches and routers and CISCO devices
  • Reading and creating network diagrams
  • Experience with incident management is a plus
  • CCNA Certified
  • Able to start ASAP
