Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage general ledger accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions.
  3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to stakeholders, including Affiliate Finance.
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including IFRS/GAAP.
  5. Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  6. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors in general ledger accounting operations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with relevant work experience in auditing or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS/GAAP), as well as experience in analyzing consolidated financial statements and interpreting financial data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other ERP/finance systems.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
