About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance across the region, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Experience working closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Urology, Neurology, and Endoscopy, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Strong background in executing regional sales strategies, including forecasting and budget planning.
