Job Description

The Product Owner is a critical role in our organization, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of product development and delivery. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business objectives.

The Product Owner will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business needs and market trends. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks and implement effective solutions. The Product Owner must also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in product or marketing management
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, eCommerce, or IT industries
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large data sets
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, particularly Google Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
