Job Title: Infrastructure Support Specialist Job Overview:

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to clients while supporting and mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a positive and strong value system, proven experience in systems administration, strong technical skills in server management, networking, and troubleshooting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for continuous learning and growth.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex Windows OS and networking issues, and manage network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
  • Advanced and escalated troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows servers, workstation operating systems, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors for third-party software support when needed.
  • Plan and deploy server, network, and workstation installations, upgrades, and network refreshes.
 Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of full workstation support with troubleshooting Windows OS (Windows 8.1 to 11), including peripherals such as printers and scanners.
  • Experience in an MSP environment.
  • Network experience, including firewalls, smart switches, access points, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and routers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and supporting services (DNS, DHCP, File & Print Sharing).
  • Proficiency with Hyper-V and VMware hypervisors.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cloud server management and deployment experience.
  • Relevant certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, or similar).
