Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational and project needs.

Project Finance:

  • Analyze project feasibility and profitability, conducting due diligence on land acquisition and development costs.
  • Secure project financing through a mix of equity and debt, negotiating favorable terms with lenders.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Cost Management:

  • Implement cost-effective strategies across all areas of the business.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing with suppliers and contractors.
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost management.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns.
  • Stay informed of changes in tax legislation and adapt company practices accordingly.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • Preferably with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate development industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations of a real estate development company.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, financial standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
