Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational and project needs.
Project Finance:
- Analyze project feasibility and profitability, conducting due diligence on land acquisition and development costs.
- Secure project financing through a mix of equity and debt, negotiating favorable terms with lenders.
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Cost Management:
- Implement cost-effective strategies across all areas of the business.
- Negotiate favorable pricing with suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost management.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, preferably with a Master's degree.
- Preferably with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate development industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations of a real estate development company.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, financial standards, and regulations.
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
