Google Ads Campaign Manager

Are you a skilled digital marketer with expertise in Google Ads? Do you have a passion for driving business growth through data-driven strategies?

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Google Ads Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns that drive conversions, sales, and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various channels, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to create high-quality, relevant ads that engage our target audience.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance ROI and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, ad disapprovals, and policy violations, and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve Quality Score, reduce costs, and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results (e.g., ROAS, CPC, CPA improvements).
  • Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana.
