
Property Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Management Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team.
About the Role- This role requires an exceptional individual with experience in property management to provide high-level executive support and contribute to our social media presence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with property management-related tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance
- Utilizing industry-standard tools to manage CRM and social media campaigns, as well as property information, payments, and tenant communications
- Responding to client phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling client and tenant phone calls
- Actual experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the property management industry
- Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as Hubspot and AppFolio
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to start within 2 weeks from job offer
