About the Role

GURU ANGAD DEV LENDING CORP. is hiring an experienced Administrative Specialist/Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless office operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including managing files, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events with ease and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage office supplies to ensure they are always available.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist in handling invoices, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
