Job Overview

We seek a skilled Proposal Writer & AI Content Specialist to review, refine and humanize AI-generated proposals.

This role requires strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and refine AI-generated proposals for clarity, accuracy and a human touch.
  • Edit content to align with client tone, brand and requirements.
  • Incorporate AI automation tools to improve efficiency in content creation and proposal workflows.
  • Develop creative and persuasive proposal content that resonates with clients.
  • Set up and maintain automation systems to streamline proposal and communication processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect client needs and project goals.
  • Manage the proposal management lifecycle, providing project management oversight to ensure alignment with objectives and successful delivery.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in proposal writing.
  • Experience overseeing the proposal management lifecycle with project management oversight is a plus.
  • Experience in using AI writing tools and automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical or AI-generated content into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Organized, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
