Fundamental Responsibilities:
•
Ensure compliance with established restaurant policies, promotions, and operational procedures.
•
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly inventory for bar and F&B items, guaranteeing accuracy and minimizing waste.
•
Prepare and submit weekly KPI reports, including attachments, to inform business decisions.
•
Monitor and report on promotion availment, ensuring maximum sales impact.
•
Perform F&B Attendant duties as needed, maintaining a strong connection with our customers.
Leadership and Teamwork:
As a leader, you will be responsible for adjusting the duty roster, ensuring sufficient shift manning, and assigning shifts to lead and guide junior associates. You will also enforce discipline according to policies and procedures, endorse operational concerns in writing or verbally, and relay vital information to dining staff, promoting good working relationships and cooperation among team members.
Professional Development:
You will be expected to practice suggestive selling techniques, prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards, and conduct routine travel paths to check F&B areas and function rooms, especially in the absence of the Hotel and Operations Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting training, associate performance evaluation, and counseling to maintain a high standard of working discipline.
