At Manpower Core Group Inc., we are seeking a skilled Data Science Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering automated document extraction and data enrichment solutions.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Python or SQL, as well as the ability to develop ad hoc queries to investigate data anomalies and summarize data for pattern detection. Additionally, you should have experience manually labeling and validating small training data sets, as well as developing round-trip data flows that prepare data for IDP and format the results for analytical purposes.

 

Our team collaborates closely with experienced modelers to build predictive models and analytic solutions using Python, applying NLP and machine learning techniques. You will use AI technologies such as natural language processing to extract business data from unstructured and semi-structured sources, including loss history reports, insurance applications, and claim files.

 

Responsibilities include creating technical documentation to archive end-to-end processes. We require strong critical thinking skills to tackle complex data challenges, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative global team.
