Virtual Assistant - Mortgage Broking Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Mortgage Broker Virtual Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our mortgage broking business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.

  2. Assisting with loan applications, including documentation and compliance checks.

  3. Liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders via email and phone.

  4. Tracking applications and proactively following up with all parties to ensure timely progress.

  5. Coordinating settlements and providing exceptional post-settlement care to our clients.

  6. Preparing professional client communication templates and reports as needed.

  7. Providing general administrative support to enable our brokers to focus on helping clients achieve their property dreams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A foundational understanding or experience in finance, banking, or mortgage broking support.

  2. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and mortgage broking software like Mercury is a significant advantage.

  3. A basic grasp of the mortgage/loan application process.

  4. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  5. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.

  6. Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

  7. A self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Availability to work during Australian business hours.
