Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling, and dispatching of work crews, vehicles, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of work crews, vehicles, and equipment to meet customer requests and predetermined schedules.
  • Relay information to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, and emergency personnel using various communication methods.
  • Prepare and receive work orders, manage communication within company-assigned territories, and maintain accurate records of work requests, completed work requests, charges, expenses, and inventory.
  • Resolve problems and issues with supervisors and customers in a professional and timely manner.
