Enterprise Growth Specialist

Sprout Solutions is a dynamic and growing company that provides innovative solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team and help drive business growth through sales and revenue expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- BUILD strong relationships with existing customers to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales promotions
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of MS Office suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
