Paralegal Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Paralegal Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage reportorial requirements such as disclosure requirements, publication and notice requirements, board resolutions, affidavits/certifications, audit requirements on corporate restructuring, debt-to-equity conversions, stock swaps, asset-to-shares transactions, consolidation, spin-offs, and other transactions.
• Support the Compliance Officer in ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Liaise with government and private entities, including regulatory bodies, legal firms, banking institutions, and other relevant organizations.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, judicial decisions, legal articles, and other materials relevant to the case, and maintain track of documents related to the cases.
• Assist the in-house counsel in handling their cases.
• Oversee all corporate and legal files including all contracts and agreements, status of all court cases, corporate minutes, and board resolutions, to ensure that records in the function's custody are updated.

Requirements:

• Must be a college graduate, preferably in business or other related fields.
• At least two years of paralegal experience in a law firm or a corporation.
• Knowledgeable in SAP and other relevant software systems.
