Job Title: Quality Rater

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to evaluate online content in the local language using client-provided rating systems and guidelines.

As a Rater, you will review web pages, links, and questions, sometimes conducting additional research to ensure accurate assessments. The work is flexible, remote, and typically requires 5-20 hours per week, with tasks completed using a personal computer or mobile device.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate information presented in the rater's local language based on account-provided guidelines and instructions.
  • Log onto account-provided online proprietary rating system(s), which may vary by specific rating programs.
  • Use your own computer, tablet, and/or smartphone, on an average of 5-20 hours per week (remote).
  • Perform ratings in a manner that is analytical and shows familiarity with various online research tools.
  • May leave comments in English.
  • All tasks involve evaluating a web page with information, links, and questions for the rater to answer.
  • Some tasks require outside research on the web; some do not.
  • Some tasks require working with mobile smartphones (Android or iOS).
  • Raters complete the task, submit it, then receive and work on another task.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with online research tools.
  • Ability to work remotely using a personal computer or mobile device.
  • Ability to provide occasional comments in English.
