About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of Contact Center projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various customers simultaneously.
  • Evaluate solution specifications to recommend optimal designs that align with customer needs.
  • Create high-quality customer-facing documentation throughout the implementation process.
  • Execute tasks and deliverables as outlined in the Project Plan.
  • Assist the Project Manager with status reporting and issue escalation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate independent self-starter capabilities with excellent time management skills.
  • Showcase expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving, exercising sound judgment and decision-making in complex situations.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and consistently deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.
  • Hold extensive knowledge of Contact Center platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Cultivate analytical skills to identify, analyze, interpret, and solve practical and complex problems.
  • Maintain strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
