The Logistics Supervisor for Poultry will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse and order fulfillment operations, including supervising receiving, warehousing, distribution, and managing all inventory functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate major activities to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered from Receiving, Inventory, Replenishment, Cleaning, Handling, up to Reporting.
  • Ensure Warehouse equipment and facilities are working and in good condition.
  • Implement Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
  • Conduct regular inspections, recommend enhancements, and implement improvements to existing procedures and programs.
  • Coordinate with other section supervisors and leadmen to ensure seamless integration of Production, Warehousing, and Transport.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any four-year course preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or relevant experience in the field.
  • At least one year in related work experience.
  • Critical skills include Warehouse and Inventory management, Transport coordination, ability to articulate ideas, computer literacy, and effective interpersonal relationships.
