Do you have a passion for luxury automobiles and a keen eye for detail?

We are seeking an individual to discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Select missions that align with your preferences and profile.
  2. Evaluate luxury stores or online platforms, engaging with sales associates in stores or remotely.
  3. Observe carefully, visiting boutiques, checking ambiance, experiencing luxury automotive showrooms, purchasing online, evaluating after-sales services, or overall customer experience.
  4. Provide honest feedback through our platform using questionnaires.

This opportunity is part of a global network connecting premium brands with evaluators across 70 countries, operating globally with 12 offices and over a decade of CX retail expertise.
