Job Description:

A high-performing Systems Advanced User will be part of driving the overall Distribution Centre result. The primary goal is to provide efficient and smooth system support for daily inbound and outbound operations.

  • Support end-users with their day-to-day system work, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Conduct regular system clean-up and ensure adherence to established system routines.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and reporting for system-related issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with system-related best practice guidelines, fostering operational excellence throughout the Distribution Centre.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for inbound and outbound operations, continuously enhancing the distribution process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of Distribution Centre operational processes and cost drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of the DC system landscape and system updates, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
  • The ability to understand and apply new system features/updates quickly, adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with an ability to collaborate with others, promoting a cohesive team environment.
  • An agile mindset, a positive attitude towards change, and an inclusive approach to diversity, driving innovation and growth.
