Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute monthly operation and business review reports to align with business objectives.
- Achieve high sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
- Meet regularly with Merchandisers to discuss sales performance, inventory levels, and product availability.
- Stay ahead of the competition through competitor analysis and market research.
- Support new product launches by ensuring timely stock replenishment and effective distribution.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and review merchandiser reports to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct fieldwork, submit weekly sales reports, and address AR issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices, verify sales orders, negotiate shelf space, and check returns to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Distributor Specialist or Key Account Specialist.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude.
